Ag Pest Control Course Coming to Harlan in February

Harlan residents, mark your calendars! On February 12, 2025, Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Shelby County will host an Ag Pest Control Continuing Instruction Course for commercial pesticide applicators at 906 6th Street in Harlan.
This essential program, organized by the Pesticide Safety Education Program, runs from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m. and covers important topics like pesticide usage, labels, and pest management.
Preregistration is advisable, as walk-ins may not be accommodated. The fee is $45 if registered by February 5, increasing to $60 afterward.
Participants will earn continuing instruction credit and Certified Crop Adviser Continuing Education Units (CEUs) during the course. Be sure to bring your CCA number.
