Francis Koesters, a beloved resident of Earling, Iowa, passed away at the age of 96. His Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for Saturday, December 21, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Earling, followed by burial at St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
Visitation will take place on Friday, December 20, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan, with a rosary service at 7:00 p.m.
Francis is survived by his children James, Cindy (Jim) Scheuring, and Allan, along with three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind siblings Madonna Kramer from Harlan, Alice Schwery of Westphalia, and Janice (Pete) Mahlberg of Earling.
