Harlan Cyclone volleyball seniors Macy Mueller and Aubrey Schwieso have made waves this season, earning accolades despite a tough record. Mueller's standout 488 assists earn her All-Conference recognition, while Schwieso shines with 145 kills. Discover their journey!
Macy Mueller and Aubrey Schwieso, seniors on the Harlan Cyclone volleyball team, have been recognized for their outstanding performances this season. Mueller earned a spot on the Hawkeye Ten All-Conference second team and also received Academic All-State honors. Schwieso was recognized with an honorable mention.
Despite a challenging season with a 9-22 record, both players reflected positively on their experiences, highlighting the friendships and teamwork they cherished throughout the season. Mueller led the team with 488 assists and 222 digs, while Schwieso topped the team with 145 kills.
Looking ahead, Schwieso is excited to return to basketball after a successful season last year, while Mueller is focused on golf, aiming for conference and state qualifications.
