Harlan Cross Country Teams Shine at Storm Lake Meet

The Harlan Tornado boys and girls cross country teams made a strong showing at the recent meet hosted by Storm Lake at Sunrise Pointe Golf Course.
On the girls' side, Harlan's Ashlyn Rau finished 3rd overall, clocking in at 19:57.35. The team secured 3rd place in the standings with a total of 75 points. Sioux Center took 1st place with 41 points, followed by MOC-Floyd Valley with 66 points.
For the boys, Harlan's Jeffrey Gros finished 3rd with a time of 17:10.26. Although the boys team didn’t rank as high as the girls, they demonstrated promising talent on the course.
Sioux Center claimed the boys' team title with 43 points, while Storm Lake and North of Sioux City followed.
