Four Harlan Cyclone wrestlers have qualified for the state wrestling meet at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines. Brody McKinley, Brody Bendorf, Jesse Jens, and Chayton Snethen earned their spots after a strong performance at the district meet held at Glenwood High School.

Head Coach Adam Bendorf expressed pride in his team's achievement, stating, "All four did what they needed to do on Saturday and got it done." While some team members, including Spencer Fink, did not qualify, they still showcased impressive skills with individual victories.

Despite the tough outcome for Fink, who had previously been to state, he won three matches against notable opponents, demonstrating his talent. Coach Bendorf looks forward to the upcoming competition, encouraging the experienced wrestlers to remain confident: "Jesse, I wouldn’t be surprised to see him in the finals."
