Harlan High Dance Team Shines at State Championship

Davenport Assumption claimed the title at the Iowa State Dance and Drill Team Association state championship, with Clear Lake finishing a close second and Harlan High School also competing in the Class VI Hip Hop category.
The state meet was held on December 6, 2024, at Hy-Vee Hall in Des Moines. Assumption dazzled the judges with their routine, receiving a score of 365, just half a point ahead of Clear Lake.
Harlan's dancers showcased their skills among top competitors, representing the community proudly at this prominent statewide event.
