The Harlan Lions Club hosted its third annual Pre-Thanksgiving Dinner on November 18 at First Baptist Church, bringing the community together for a night of food and fellowship.
Over 374 residents from Harlan and nearby areas enjoyed a hearty meal that included roast beef, mashed potatoes, green beans, and dessert, all funded by the Lions Club.
In addition to the meal, attendees received bags of groceries and socks through various grant programs, highlighting the event's commitment to supporting those in need.
According to Lion Deb Nowatzke, the dinner was made possible thanks to a dedicated group of volunteers, including Lions Club members and local church staff.
