Harlan Man Arrested on Grooming, Obscenity Charges
Harlan resident Jose Isidro Morelos Sandoval, 32, was arrested by Cass County deputies and booked into the Cass County Jail on allegations of grooming and sending obscene material to a minor.
Harlan resident Jose Isidro Morelos Sandoval, 32, was arrested Wednesday by the Cass County Sheriff’s Office on multiple charges including telephone dissemination of obscene material to minors, enticing a minor under 16 (sex abuse), and grooming. He was booked into the Cass County Jail.
Separately, 47-year-old Mary Ann Clayton of Denver, Colorado, was arrested Tuesday on a Cass County warrant for failure to appear and also booked into the Cass County Jail.
These are criminal accusations; individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
