The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office released its October arrest report, highlighting several incidents involving Harlan residents.

Michael John Tremayne, 33, was arrested for first-degree theft on October 1. Just two days later, on October 3, a series of arrests took place, including Emma Jo Rossell, 20, for multiple charges including driving with a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Also on October 3, 23-year-old Levi John Klenda and 40-year-old Kirby David Stoneking faced charges for violations of no-contact orders and domestic abuse assault, respectively.

Later in October, 39-year-old Daniel Gamsesun Casteel was arrested for public intoxication, and 34-year-old Cody Emmett Lister was taken in on an active warrant.

In total, multiple Harlan residents were included in the report for various offenses, ranging from drug-related charges to domestic violence.
