The Cass County Sheriff’s Office recently reported three arrests, with key incidents involving Harlan residents.
Logan James McNeil, 20, was arrested on December 5 for Disorderly Conduct following a violent altercation. He was taken to the Cass County Jail but was later released on bond.
Another Harlan resident, Elias Isaac Beasley, 21, was arrested on December 8 for Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) - 1st Offense. He was booked into the jail and released on his own recognizance.
Additionally, John Mark Topham, 31, from Griswold, was taken into custody on December 4 for obstructing land passage but has since been released.
All charges mentioned are accusations; defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
