The Harlan Community School District (HCSD) has announced impressive graduation rates and low dropout statistics for the recent academic periods. The four-year cohort graduation rate for the Class of 2024 reached 95.54%, significantly above the state average of 88.3%.

In addition, HCSD reported a five-year graduation rate of 96.26% for the Class of 2023, reflecting the district’s commitment to supporting students in achieving their educational goals.

Dropout rates for grades 7-12 were exceptionally low, at just 0.57%, with grades 9-12 at 0.84%. These figures highlight the robust support systems in place to keep students engaged and on track.
