Michael Kaufman, 88, of Omaha, will be remembered with a memorial service in Harlan this week.

The service is set for Thursday, Feb. 26 at 2:30 p.m. at Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan. Visitation begins one hour before the service. Burial will follow at Harlan Cemetery.

Kaufman is survived by his companion, Marlene Church of Omaha; his son Jerry (Rebecca) Kaufman of Omaha; nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Pauley Jones Funeral Home is handling arrangements. A full obituary is pending.
