Harlan's Kayla Anderson Joins Northwest Iowa Soccer Program

Harlan senior Kayla Anderson is set to continue her soccer journey at Northwest Iowa Community College in Sheldon. Excited about joining the new women's soccer program, Anderson was drawn to the school's atmosphere and strong commitment to the sport.

"I just loved their campus and the atmosphere on the soccer team when I visited for a game," she shared.

After a standout junior season with the Cyclones, where she tallied 12 goals and seven assists, Anderson is eager to contribute to the growing program.

Familiar with some players from her high school days, Anderson appreciates the welcoming environment, stating, "I know some of the girls already up there."

Her decision was influenced by the coach's passion for the game and the university's radiology program, aligning with her academic goals.
