Fire crews responded to the blaze at 1108 Third St. around 3:45 p.m. on September 16, following reports of possible entrapment. Upon arrival, firefighters found the home filled with smoke, and both occupants were pulled from the house and later pronounced dead at Myrtue Medical Center in Harlan.
