The IHSAA has released brackets for the 2026 Iowa High School State Wrestling Tournament. Local-area wrestlers will be well represented when action starts Thursday.

Harlan’s junior Chayton Snethen (39-4) is seeded in the 157-pound bracket and will face Kyler Patton of Iowa Falls Alden in the opening round.

Nearby Atlantic has eight wrestlers in the field, including Braxton Hass (51-6), who opens with a bye, and several others matched up in first-round bouts.

Western Iowa Today and KSOM will provide live coverage throughout the tournament weekend.
