Labor Day Weekend Sees Multiple Arrests in Shelby County

The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office reported four arrests over the Labor Day weekend, including one local resident from Harlan.

Steven Allen Doss, 32, was booked into the Shelby County Jail on Sunday, August 31st, for Interference with Official Acts and released later that day.

Additionally, Wesley Allen Fischer, 48, of Hancock, was arrested on charges related to Ongoing Criminal Conduct and Criminal Mischief stemming from a December 2024 incident.

Bill Louis Stockwell, 31, from Elk Horn, was arrested for Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree and released the following day.

Finally, Alexander Tuan Pham, 25, was booked on multiple drug-related charges, including Possession of a Controlled Substance, on September 1st.
