Barbara Elisabeth Tinsley, 75, formerly of Iowa City, passed away on July 24, 2025.
A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Iowa City on August 1, 2025, at 11 AM, with visitation starting an hour prior.
Her burial is scheduled for August 4, 2025, at Harlan Cemetery in Harlan, Iowa.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be directed to St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church or the Newman Catholic Student Center at the University of Iowa.
