Dixie DeBlauw, a beloved resident of Harlan, Iowa, has passed away at the age of 79. She is survived by her husband, Jim DeBlauw, and their three children: Lori Castle of Treynor, Jenny Moser of Harlan, and Tom DeBlauw of Kirksville, Missouri. Dixie also leaves behind eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Her funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2025, with a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Harlan at 10:30 AM. Prior to the service, visitation will take place on Friday, July 18, from 4 to 7 PM, featuring a rosary at 7 PM at the church. Following the service, she will be laid to rest at the Harlan Cemetery.
