Tim Estenson showcased significant progress at the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series event held at Huset’s Speedway last weekend. After a challenging start on Friday, where he ended in the C Main, Estenson steadily improved, qualifying for the A Main by Sunday.
He highlighted that each day brought better results, thanks to his teamwork with Jack Dover. Estenson's best performance occurred during Sunday’s heat race, where he climbed from seventh to fourth, securing his place in the main event.
Estenson wrapped up the weekend with an 18th-place finish in the A Main, expressing satisfaction with his overall improvement and consistency in lap times.
Excitingly for local racing fans, Estenson will return to the track on September 14 at Shelby County Speedway in Harlan, Iowa, competing in the Midwest Sprint Touring Series 410 Sprint Cars. He's currently leading the points as he heads into this significant season finale.
