On Tuesday night, the HCHS Cyclones faced a tough opponent at home as they battled the Glenwood Rams, ultimately losing a close game, 74-67.
The game showcased a competitive back-and-forth, particularly in the first half, highlighted by a buzzer-beating three-pointer from the Rams, pushing them ahead at halftime. Coach Mitch Osborn praised his team for their effort, noting that despite being down by 14 points at one stage, they fought hard to close the gap.
Senior Ayden Gibson proved to be a standout player for the Rams, netting 33 points, while the Cyclones received strong contributions from seniors Ben Leinen and Jozef Reisz, alongside sophomore Kobe Klaassen.
