The Eleventh Annual Southwest Iowa Art Tour is coming to Harlan on September 21-22, with preview events on September 20.
This year, Market Street Gifts, located in downtown Harlan, will showcase the works of seven talented local artists. This event aims to highlight the rich artistic talent in our area, thanks to the efforts of Harlan’s Location Coordinator Kristine Olson-Harmon and support from the Shelby County Hotel Motel Tax Funds.
Visitors can explore a variety of art forms, including painting, sculpture, and jewelry, from an array of over 80 artists across 20 locations in Southwest Iowa. The featured artists in Harlan include Hope Chipman, Katie DuVal Mihelich, and Haley McAndrews, among others.
